  • We work with trusted production and logistics partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • While we aim to display product descriptions, images, and colors as accurately as possible, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing or screen differences.

  • Product availability, pricing, and estimated delivery timelines may change without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues, or misuse of Services. An order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email. Orders are intended for personal use within India. Bulk purchasing or resale without written approval is prohibited.

4. Pricing & Billing All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be updated from time to time based on availability, operational costs, or partner adjustments. The final amount shown at checkout is the price you pay, inclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. You agree to provide valid billing and payment information.   • Processing time: Typically 2–5 business days for in-stock items; 3–7 business days for made-to-order items.

  • Delivery time: Usually 5–12 business days depending on your location and courier capacity.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, weather, or unforeseen operational factors.   • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with valid proof (unboxing video and/or clear photos).

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned due to size, fit, or preference.
