Thank you for shopping with The Inner Cult. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website.

1. Shipping Area We currently ship to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time (Handling Time) We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

  • Processing Time: All orders (including ready-stock and made-to-order) are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day.

Processing times exclude Sundays and public holidays. During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, etc.), processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Rates Our shipping rates match the charges shown at checkout.

Standard Shipping Rates (India):

  • Orders below ₹1000: ₹79 shipping fee

  • Orders ₹1000 and above: Free shipping

Shipping fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.

4. Delivery Time (After Dispatch) Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 4–7 business days depending on your location and courier capacity.

  • Total Delivery Time: Most customers receive their orders within 5–10 business days of placing the order.

You may receive items in separate packages if your order contains multiple products from different fulfillment locations.

5. Tracking Information You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped. Use the link or courier website to track real-time delivery updates. If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your parcel:

  1. Check with household members/security

  2. Check nearby delivery locations

  3. Contact the courier

  4. Then contact us if still unresolved

6. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate at checkout. We are unable to change the address after the order has been processed. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or return-to-origin (RTO).

7. Delivery Issues & Delays We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional restrictions

  • Holidays

  • Unforeseen logistics issues

If there is a major delay, we will notify you by email whenever possible.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a claim within 7 days of delivery. A continuous unboxing video or clear photos may be required as proof.

9. Return to Origin (RTO) RTO may occur if:

  • The address was incorrect

  • Delivery attempts failed

  • The parcel was refused

For RTO cases:

  • Re-delivery may incur additional charges

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed minus shipping/handling fees unless the issue was caused by us.

10. Fulfillment Transparency Orders may be shipped from more than one fulfillment location, depending on availability and product type. Shipping methods are automatically selected based on the most reliable courier service for your address.
